The issue with kerning being present needs to be answered. This new release of a BC is most defintely a forgery. Why it needed to be doctored nobody will know.

Why hasn't he been sued for "libel and slander?" Because no matter how many times he repeats his hearsay, it hasn't caused any damage to anybody. No damages = no cause of action.
What does Adams have to gain? The respect of the white supremacists he was associating with when he first came out with his accusations. The respect of birthers like you. A little bit of notoriety. Maybe, if he's very lucky, a place as a right wing pundit in future.

He said they were avoiding the issue of whether somebody born in Puerto Rico could be President.

Who did he libel or slander? He didn't even mention anybody by name.
Why bother with all that, when you can fill out a form, mail it in, and it's a done deal, newspaper notices and all. Grandma was a smart woman, she was the first female VP for the Bank of Hawaii. She may have even helped the CIA launder money thru that bank. She was no slouch. Someday, I'd like to read an honest bio of Obama, it would be much more interesting than the tale he tells.

Actually, having a case reach the Supreme Court doesn't grant discovery automatically. All the Attorneies for Obama have to do is present the COLB issued by Hawaii, with the letter by Loretta Fuddy attesting to the authenticity of the COLB's that were copied by HER , in person.
So it wouldn't even reach "discovery" because of a little thing in our Consittuion called the Full Faith and Credit Clause.

Actually it had to do with someone from Puerto Rico, A US territory, but citizens born in US Terrirtories are not eligible for running for the highest office of this land. This also applies to those born in Guam, Northern Mariana Islands and the US Virgin Islands.

Actually, Obama has to show that he has been harmed financially by Tim Adams claim. Obama hasn't loss any money, so it would be stupid to chase down a lible/slander claim against him.
And he is a nobody, with ties to White Supremacists (his first interview was on a known White Supermacist website, hosted by a known White Supremacist), so his credibility is quite nill at this point.
