Clearly reason has passed you by, old timer.

If you can ensure for basic needs, food shelter water health care. People don't need to struggle or feel the need to fight. Less need for military to keep the masses in check.

hah. the rich are at no risk of being "destroyed." They have growth wealthier as the average person has grown poorer.

I would support several options. For example:

a. Tax the rich (capital gains & dividends), and use these revenues to keep current levels of medicare spending.

b. Leave taxes as-is, gut medicare, and let the old people die eating cat food.

Let us suppose that every person is required to pay his or her own way. Forget government "help". Just you and yours. Now visualize this as reality. There is never a free lunch for long, and what there is steals from others.

All you believers in Big Government need to understand the whole thing has been a lie all along. Government creates nothing. Government, given the opportunity, consumes everything.

Get used to it. Reform now, or nothing later.

There you go, folks. Don't have an intelligent argument, so you resort to nazi references and disgusting sexual terms.

The front issue of 2012 will be decided by the public. If the Reps push this Ryan Plan nonsense, it will get a lot of publicity, most of it negative. This silly talk that it's not grandma and grandpa may be true, but it might be mom and dad who will suffer. Few over 50 will go for this.
