I thought Sanford resigned...in disgrace....after the drumbeat rolled on.

Sanford served out his term even though South Carolina started impeachment proceedings, Foley resigned in 2009 after several years of sending explict emails to male pages (he was a proponent of anti-gay legislation), Craig resigned in 2007 after being arrested in a bathroom soliciting sex, decades after questions about his behavior.
Plenty of examples on both sides, Barney Frank, Vitter, etc. The ethics committee is a joke.

I guarantee you he's fomented even more hatred of Jews and the United States among Muslims and I wouldn't be surprised if it will result in either an attack on the United States or an anti-Semitic attack somewhere in Europe. But alas, Anthony Weiner is but merely a Democrat, so his poor behavior will be excused by the Democrat establishment.

It has been rumored for YEARS that Hillary and Huma are "lovers". That is why Bill and Anthony are free to have affairs.
