Were they beautiful to you because they attempted to look "white" by applying hair straiteners and makup instead of allowing their natural features to be on display?
Um, there are plenty of ways to be black and beautiful without trying to whitewash yourself.

I understand they want to sell some magazines but they should have known that they would be subjecting themselves to an awesomely well organized campaign of orchestrated rage.
The Professional Victim Industry absolutely feeds on public statements implying that a certain race is not 100% equal or superior in every possible way from all other humans.
I bet their next headline will be, "Everybody's perfect!"

It's a good thing black women don't spend millions of dollars a year on things like hair extensions and other hair altering products, hell Chris Rock recently released an entire 2 hour feature film about the subject which clearly shows that black woman are obsessed with beauty and aren't as secure with their looks as you keep trying to insist on.
Seriously, a whole 5 part miniseries could be created on the obsession that White women have with Botox; bleaching their hair; Japanese hair straigtening/Brazilian keratin treatments for straightening their "frizzy" hair; restylane, collagen, silicone and/or fat injections to get rid of wrinkles and lines; breast implants; butt lifts; face lifts; tummy tucks; rhinoplasty on teenagers; glued in hair extensions and on and on. Or we could just tune into the Real Housewives of Orange County to watch all of the "natural" beauty of White women.
I just found it funny and telling that all the men in this thread, it their attempt to defend black women, proceeded to post pics of women with European facial features and that these women while mixed, had predominately more "white" features.
Bingo. Someone brought up Gabrielle Union as an example when we all know damn well that the overwhelming majority of black women don't look anything like her and she has many features which are predominately "white".
Check out the cover of Essense magazine going back years, they take pride in putting black women on the cover who spend a lot of time and money to look less like a typical black women.

You're right, black women never get hair extensions, nose jobs, their hair bleached or straightened, plastic surgery or anything like that.
