Mr. Obama will perform a miracle by then, right?

Explain how we get to:

-5% unemployment

-5% national annual increase in home prices

-National debt less than $10,000,000,000,000.00

-Deficit less than $950,000,000,000.00

-5% economic growth

If all this isn't possible then why should the nation's CEO keep his job?

Whats the point of this thread? No one thinks the economy will recover by 11/6/12 or even 11/6/14.

The CEO should keep his job because the alternative is much worse.

In what way? That smells like a partisan hack job based on emotion rather than an objective non-partisan view based on facts.

Which CEO do you speak of?

Our only hope is if Obama and all of his minions resign immediately and let the adults take charge. Sadly, I don't see that happening.

What about 4 years? By 2012, Obama will have had almost 4 years worth of destructive policies which, by all present accounts, are failing hard (or succeeding in being destructive if you want to look at it that way).

Nobody would be able to turn around the current economic mess based on the criteria you supplied.

Now what's you point?

The economy is going to take YEARS before it fully recovers. All of the hey-hey years of out of control spending and rising debts is coming back to bite us in the butt. The housing market is worse off than it was during the Great Depression, housing values have dropped off more than they did 80 years ago and it took 19 years for the market to recover!

We need to get rid of waste, fraud, abuse, and duplication throughout the entire federal government. Get rid of what we don't truly don't need. Reform entitlements. Allow the Bush tax cuts for the rich to expire. Invest heavily in infrastructure projects across the country.
