A Democrat Calif. State Controller criticized by other Democrats for actually DOING his job.

As per a new law that strips State legislators of pay for everyday the budget is late, Democrat John Chiang is ACTUALLY doing his job NOT paying these politicians on both sides.

Even though Republicans and Dems are not geting paid as per law and after the Democrat Governor Jerry Brown vetoed a half-a**ed Democrat last minute sham budget. The only ones so far crying is State Dem. speaker John Perez ( LA Mayor Tony V's cousin) and other Dems.

Instead of whining about their inability to pass a budget with a majority Democrat Legislature AND Governor.

They are showing their ineptitude by trying to criticize one of their own for following the law and the Dem. Governor Brown's request. If anything the State Controller should be praised for following the law and doing his job !
