OJ Simpson to admit to murders? « Hot Air

Quote:
According to the National Enquirer and reported in the Daily Mail, OJ Simpson has admitted to the murders and will do so again in a televised interview with Oprah Winfrey — and will claim self-defense, if the report is accurate:
Quote:
“He told the producer: “Tell Oprah that yes, I did it. I killed Nicole, but it was in self-defence. She pulled a knife on me and I had to defend myself”,’ the insider was quoted as saying.
I like this part the best:
Quote:
Is there anyone except the 12 morons who were on the original jury that is surprised by this revelation? Speaking of which, can someone please track down those idiots and ask them how they could be so stupid and still be ambulatory.
I mean, really. People who couldn’t add up the evidence in this case should not be allowed to drive a car. Or own a lawnmower. Too much risk of them hurting themselves or others.

I doubt if all twelve jurors thought he was innocent. In fact, I'll bet they all thought he was guilty. But the state did not prove it and bungled the case.

I watched the trial and the state did prove he murdered 2 people. Money=Dream team=not guilty.

Can it still be considered a confession when everyone already knows the truth?

Self defense? I knew it! All know that women can have a tongue like a serpent.

I actually discount the reports. I doubt that OJ, at this time in life (i.e., while he still has life in him) will confess to anything whatsoever. What would be the point? There is no money in it.

I watched almost every minute of the case and the prosecution did a fine job. The jury let him off because of his race and because of their distrust of law enforcement. Defense lawyers always want to find the dumbest jurors they can because they are easier to manipulate.

The only reason why OJ is in jail now is because of his extraordinarily huge ego and vanity.

That's the only thing that could put him behind bars. Amazing.

I couldn't care less if he confesses or not.

The "I told ya so" shine has worn off. He's behind bars so let him sit and stew in prison where he belongs.

I will believe it when i see it, until i do i even doubt Oprah. He is too arrogant to admit to murder, if he does, then i am happy, but doubt it. That case made me think about those serving our jurys.

I agree 100%. Elves must have been sneaking around dribbling OJ's blood from vials onto the property.

OJ did it, but the actions of law enforcement towards blacks since the dawn of the United States caused the distrust. It irks me when people say "The jury was so dumb" while completely disregarding what led to the jury letting a murderer walk free.
