This whole thing stinks of a setup for the purpose of extortion.
Or maybe something deeper.

Well, you can look at it from the point of view of this man who has been smeared and had to pay out tons of dough.........based on what is a pack of lies...much like the Duke Scam Case.

You see, the libs wanted to villify/convict an evil rich man no matter what. But, even they realized that this lying scamster was not raped.

Watch as this can is S*itcanned on or before the news scheduled court date (july 18th).

Its to the point now, as a male, ANY male, before having sex with a woman you should:

1. Photocopy their drivers license/ID card/Passport. Thus, ensuring they are over 18 years of age (even if they lied and said they were).

2. Video and audio tape their complete, total, 100% agreement to having sex with them.

3. Have them sign, in triplicate, of course, a "Consent to Have Sex" form. I'm waiting for Legalzoom to come out with this.

And no, this is not a joke.

Unfortuantely false rape/molestation claims happen everyday all over America. If this chicks lying, then he's lucky cos he's got $$$$
The avg. Joe doesn't. The avg. Joe is usually treated like he's guilty unitl proven innocent and often scarred into taking plea deal with threats of long prison sentences. They often don't have the resources to fight the case and are left with overworked and underpaid Public defenders who often times just talk them into taking the plea.
if they do try and take it to court, they are faced with an uphill battle of "proving their innocence" (when that's not supposed to be the way it works) Also, often any evidence that the accuser has made previous allegations against others is thrown under the rape shield law.
In many states all it takes is an allegation of rape/molestation...no actual proof esp. if the accuser is or CLAIMS to have been under 18 when the incident supposedly happened.
In reality, it's the new American Witch-hunt.
People found making false claims, should have the book thrown at them.

Good may not be good enough. Women find more and mroe ways to put the boot to guys. Oh, he raped me....well, not really but it covers up the fact that I was drunk and bonked half the guys at the party.

And LOL, women's rights groups hate the idea of a polygraph in "rape cases" even though they have become more and more accurate......wonder why. Probably the same reason about 30%-40% of the paternity cases end up being for the wrong guy when a DNA test proves the guy in question is not the Baby Daddy.

Looks like this will all go away on Tuesday, just like the Duke Rape Case SCAM.

We live in a matriarchy society run by feminists and white knights. This enables women (particularly white) to get away with false accusations.

When will America take notice of this and slam the book on these women? If women keep making false accusations, there will be more segregation and resentment between the sexes.
