Mr Banks did not sue, it was the school district that sued and won, however you are correct, the "lady?" doesn't have a penny to her name and never will have. She is an obama supporter who lives off the free stuff she can get, after blowing all the money originally awarded to her.
Banks signed a pro football contract and will hopefully have a good career, after being robbed of ten years of his life.
She should serve ten years to make it equal...

Good. Women that falsely accuse are reprehensible, firstly for the damage they do to the accused, and secondly for the damage they do to women who were actually raped.

WTF??? The VICTIM was Brian Banks! He was falsely accused. He was falsely convicted. He was falsely imprisoned for over 5 years, and was falsely placed on an additional 5 years probation.

She ruined this guys life. Can you imagine the hell he was feeling sitting in a jail cell knowing he didn't do it and she got paid $1.5 million. Of course the defendant won't see a dime from this low life welfare queen. Surprising the left isn't coming out to defend her.

Brian Banks has been nothing but class through the whole ordeal. He is the epitome of turning the other cheek and he deserves nothing less than a great life.
