Yes, it's always the woman's fault, isn't it, especially in some of these "developing" countries with cultures that are heavily male-oriented.

It's always funny how the same "pro-environment", "pro-sex-ed" liberals want uncontrolled immigration from third world nations where the people start having babies at 13, 14 years of age, and cannot support them without coming here to have the taxpayers support them.
It's funny how some lying clowns can't refrain from triumphantly knocking down strawmen such as the idea that anyone -- anyone at all -- wants unlimited immigration...

War, disease and starvation will take care of the problem. To be honest, I am not seeing how this will be a problem for developed nations.
And people STILL want to cut Planned Parenthood funding.

Makes no sense.

But in another thread a poster said that God wants us to reproduce more.

Which is it? Population problem, or a lack of Christian population problem?

The world has been overpopulated for a while now.

There are not enough natural resources to accommodate all this growth. If only condom use COULD be promoted in under-developed areas, but its hard to do.

There are so many unwanted children born that live lives in misery.

You can be assured that other religions also promote growths of their population and the preservation/promotion of life.

Americans reached a stable reproductive rate quite some time ago, we're pretty much reproducing at replacement rates.

Our fast growing population numbers is not about the birth rates of Americans at all. They are due to runaway immigration rates, but no one talks about cutting immigration or solving that problem.

Planned Parenthood has proven to be a big waste, as much money has been thrown at it, unwed birthrates are at an all time high and the population is growing very fast.

Planned Parenthood is worth the support. They provide of good services for young adults, such as yearly physicals, tests and treatments for STD's, and information about birth control methods. Planned Parenthood is much much more than an abortion provider.

And to really make a difference in the unwed birthrate, we need to stop supporting unwed mothers with welfare checks and Section 8 housing. To a poor single woman, every out-of-wedlock baby she produces is a source of government funded income.
