i meant that the thread should have ended right there because this is kind of a non-issue. your post summed it up well: she's leasing, not the owner, and as such the lessor is allowed to dictate what can be done with the property.
Got it, thanks. I admit at times I do have huge brain cramps, take care.
I mean, a year ago I leased a house from an elderly lady, who was moving into a retirement home. Once I took possession of the house I decided to turn it into bar, strip club and porn shop, with a 'naked' car wash in the driveway.
Well! I soon heard from the elderly lady. I was not sure what she was bleating about, but it was something about her not liking what I did to her property. "I thought you were a nice boy", she said at one point, grasping her heart. I blew smoke into her face (and I do not even smoke; I had to hunt up one of the motorcycle girls and borrow some smoke), and said "Property rights, witch!"
I mean, if you lease your property to me, I can do anything I want with said property. Actually, in some countries, the land becomes mine, and I never have to give up possession, even if I quit paying the rent. I mean, possession is nine-tenths of the law, or something like that. I, of course, stopped paying that witch any money at all.
Today I am opening a shooting range in the back yard. No doubt the 'liberals' will whine about the school yard abutting the yard. "Think of the children" they will probably say.
Did YOU miss this:
Jerry Sisson, president of Tesco Development, said in a prepared statement that "placing additional flags in common areas in order to bring greater attention to a particular business is inappropriate."
He pointed out that Corporate Centre has two U.S. flags in common areas on the site.
But Sisson added in his statement, "As a condominium, unit owners are responsible for the interior spaces and the association is responsible for maintaining the exterior common areas. ... On behalf of all owners in the park we proudly fly two American flags in honor of those who have died for our freedom and those serving our country
Clear it up for ya?
