Because she was just a young girl who made a mistake.
She shouldn't be vilified for it for the rest of her life.
No one treats Bill Clinton like she is being treated, even though he was a married, middle aged man that should have known better. He took advantage of an impressionable, young girl, IMO.
I wish her the best. The witch hunt against Clinton showed the world how the Republican Party would ignore everything important in the world to focus on the extremely petty. Two years later the world would see their handpicked idiot have his handlers steal an election for him, and then there were 8 dark years that followed that this country still struggles to recover from
