I find it interesting that the same people condemning Mr. Thomas will defend Obama to the end.
Mr. Obama"s questionable associations are explained away as though they are of no importance. The use of Chicago thug tactics and strong arming are acceptable.
I am neither a fan nor anti- Thomas.
Looking at qualifications, Obama's selection of Sotomayor is one that deserved scrutiny. Just what exactly made her a good choice???? Well she did satisfy the hispanic voters. But other than that she has no real qualifications.
One must ask was Sotomayor the best choice? Were there no more qualified judges to select from? Its unfortunate that these selections are made based on political ideology rather than qualifications.
Someone may not be required to complete a IRS 1040, but if they do and they lie, it's a crime.
If Thomas was not required to disclose, he shouldn't have. If he signed a false statement, that's a crime.

He talks all the time in speeches, he just stop asking questions because every time he does he is blasted by blacks for not being an extreme left wing idiot.
So what? His job is as a Supreme Court Justice. His job is to ask questions during arguments.
