You're simply clueless. On a macro level both goverment spending or private business spending can create jobs. ...Jobs don't care where the money comes from to create them.
In an economic downturn the good thing about government spending over tax breaks to business is that goverment spends 100% of the funds on jobs whereas business will just hord the extra money till the economy starts to grow again. But it never grows because every business is thinking the same thing. US corporations are sitting on a horde of cash right now and they are not expanding. It has nothing to do with them being "uncertain" about Obama...like these lying right wingers B.S about.
