Just about a week ago, we were considering military action against Iran. We had strong evidence that the Iranians had committed an "unforgivable sin" against the people of the United States. Their "terror plot" was an affront to the sovereign integrity of the United States (even though the plot was allegedly designed to kill a Saudi diplomat). It was so bad in the eyes of many politicians that the plot alone (which never came to fruition) was called an "act of war."
Today the lead story on the front page of the New York Times online is "Atlanta Welcomes the Zombie Apocalypse." I don't see any articles in today's Times about the terror plot that had us considering military action against the Iranians only a week ago.
Too many people though it was a fake from the beginning. Besides it was foiled without any damage done. If we were really worried about our sovereignty we would be talking with Mexico about their unremitting aid to their border gangs killing people in the US. These terror plots have not been foiled.
Very possible manufactured false flag (as far as the timing of the announcement) to deflect pressure off the POTUS and his DOJ for Solyndra as well as Fast & Furious. Were Operations "Tank sale to Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood" and Operation "Missle Walker" as Obama/NATO allowed rebels to take missels out of Libya and place them on the Gaza border aimed at Israel meant to speed up the process?
There seems to be a dance of warship positioning. I suspect the foundations have been lain for war with Iran in the not too distant future.

What gives?
Don't look for facts by from network media infotainment. It's got terminal ADD.
Anway, it's just more primiming in the pan; neither the US or Israel want to move until they have some kind of assurance the Middle East won't unite against them. That's probably why the "Arab Spring" was formented, and now this to keep Saudi on our side (or at least neutral). It won't be long before the bombs are dropping now...
But you'd think there'd be more investigative journalism going on. Try Googling "Iran Terror Plot." None of the major papers (with the exception of the WSJ, who want war with Iran) have even covered it over the last few days. This wasn't an accusation like "Iran dumped some toxic waste in the Chesapeake." We basically accused their government of committing an act of war within our borders. And a week later we have radio silence on the issue. I just don't get it.
GregW. is right it is time to put the military on the border and do the '"BLACKJACK PERSHING" on these bandoleros....Saudi Arabia just luvs our moola...
Again...why isn't the press getting to the bottom of this??? Are we just going to sweep these accusations under the rug and pretend like it never happened? And what's up with the criminal case of the guy who was arrested?
It's not very hard for me to believe that the Iranians could be this stupid, considering who they let run their country.
