LOL It was pretty evident that I was with child. I said I was pregnant. I did say I was going to have a baby, yes. Because I was going to. GOING to. Not did or had.

That was the point of all this, when people want the pregnancy, they use different terminology, when it is not wanted, they distance themselves from the truth.

Nope, to me reproductive freedom, is a much a right as voting, the right to travel, the right to start a legitimate business, the right to educate your child etc. I seriously doubt I would ever change my position.

Maybe, maybe not. Who cares, really? The truth is that in the beginning of the pregnancy it is NOT a baby.

Or.....people that do not want a pregnancy just use the correct terminolgy.....FETUS......instead of romanticizing it.

I've always been very pro choice. If a woman feels that inducing a miscarriage is the best thing for her it's not my place to tell her no. I'm not sure if I would choose an abortion for myself, but that's my decisions not anyone else's.

No. Always been pro-choice. I was pregnant at 16. Considered abortion. Considered adoption. It was a very difficult, emotional time. There were decisions to be made that would affect me physically, emotionally and psycologically. Very deep, life changing PERSONAL decisions. These decisions should'nt be made by some distant stranger with no knowledge of your personal situation. This leads to desperation. Desperation leads to tragady. Im glad I was in control of the decision I made and I believe every woman should always have the right to make that decision for herself.

I dont have kids but as a female rape statistics are an issue, every 2 minutes a child under 18 is sexually assaulted. These stats are upsetting and in the U.S. Plus rape laws do not protect these victims (few take it to court) I do not believe a victim of rape shld be forced to have the baby.

Since you seem to be associating potential for a baby with an actual baby would you say terms like "birth control" and "menstruation" are just for distancing from the truth? After all both of those prevent the birth of a potential baby as well.

Used to be pro choice, now I'm pro-life. Reasoning is because there are two sides to the argument.

1. The choice argument.

2. The life argument (of the fetus).

It isn't like other issues where you are for or against gun ownership, or whatever issue. There are two conflicting things at play here.

If it was all about choice, it would be pro-choice and anti-choice.

If it was all about life, it would be pro-life and anti-life.

But it is about both, and for me I decided that life trumped choice.

I don't care what anyone elses opinion on the matter is, as I have no desire to force my beliefs on anyone else. I don't judge others for it or look down upon it. But personally, I am pro-life. This change in me came as I got older and saw how little the world values life, from all stages, birth to death. I wish more people valued all life, from America to Sudan to the Middle East.
