I'm talking socially, not in terms of intelligence. Still, yes I agree Bachmann is an idiot that doesn't bring anything to the table besides her 50 or 100 foster children. Cain is an accomplished man, of course you know I'm still not going to support him. Not by a long shot. But assassinating his character like this is hitting below the belt. I wonder who is orchestrating this. Perry? Romney? Those would be the only two to gain from allegations like this.

I think if anything it is likely the Romney smear machine. There is no point in Obama/the DNC bringing out the big guns at this point. It would make sense for them to wait until someone got the nomination and then come out with the big smears.
On the other hand Romney/the other GOPers would want to smear during to primary to eliminate the competition.
