As long as women face 100% of the drudge/housework after working the same hours as the "man" in the house, we have a need for more equality.

Not saying that the business world doesn't favor women; in male-dominated fields, it does. But adding unfairness here to counteract unfairness there, is not the way to achieve parity or overall fairness.

Of course there is. Without balance one group will always try to supress another. It's human nature.

u have come a long way baby, but in which direction?
What makes you think women as a whole are unhappy with equal rights and opportunities? I suggest you ask women if they would like to go back to the days of not being able to vote, buy a home, have their own credit, own their own car, get an equal education, equal job opportunities, be taken seriously in political debates, equal pay, get birthcontrol, travel without a shaperone, have control over their own children and own bodies......To have their highest attainment in life to be marrying well, be the wife a man that provides shelter and food and does not abuse them and hope that he does not ever leave her destitute with no means of providing for herself.

Would this be a life you would want for yourslef? Is it preferable to the life you live now?
