Perhaps the NLRB will do with this plant like it did with Boeing. They waited until the plant was built, the employees were hired, and then the employees voted down the union. Only after that, did the NLRB suddenly decide to go after Boeing.

I wonder if Pelosi will call to have them shut down the plant.

What a total joke.

Maybe if the clowns in the Union didn't keep breaking their contract (3x in 2 years), there wouldn't be a plant built in SC???

Yea, losing more ground to Airbus is great national strategy!

Conservatives should not support most Right to Work laws. They are anti-free market because they interfere with what should be viewed as the sacrosanct nature of voluntary contracts.

The only "right to work" law conservatives should support are those that are specifically crafted such that it prevents future contracts (i.e. union bargaining agreements) from ever preempting preexisting contractual obligations (i.e. contracts with workers which exist prior to a later collective bargaining agreement). This isn't really even a right to work law in the traditional sense of the word, and more of a reinforcement of the preexisting treatment of contracts as an obligation, which to varying degrees federal and state labor laws have managed to undermine.
