Sure it's a test, but the fact that the cable companies and the internet weren't effected is quite telling.

I don't think that the government is "all of that" .. even though they try to B.S. everybody into believing that it is ..

Texas may not have been 'effected', but in Tampa, Fla my cable was affected as advertised.
