This was neighborhood violence with nothing to do with the movement. This is after all downtown Oakland. These guys should get medals for protesting there.

Downtown Oakland isn't a ghetto area by any stretch of the imagination. It's next to an impoverished part of town (West Oakland) but the violence rarely spills over.
Anyone else notice that the worst OWS incidents have happened in Oakland CA, a mecca of urban trash, liberalism and violence all wrapped up in a dirty little package.
