Conservatives telling liberals that they should just leave generally aren't that bright. Us liberals are winning, the demographics are moving toward our favor. The tea party are almost exclusively white and elderly. The country is becoming less white AND don't forget old people will generally die before younger people. It'd be stupid to leave when we can play the waiting game.

Anymore, anyone who crosses the border is a complete moron. There are more jobs in Mexico than here.
Yes and they have a national health care system. Yet they continue to pour over the border. They love both the American dollar and the foods stamps, WIC, Medicaid, free meals at schools. It's partly the big easy money but also the very very generous socialism we have here.
It's a whole lot easier and better to be poor and living in government provided housing here, buying groceries with a food stamp card, and getting WIC than it is to work for a living back home.

Liberals brought down the economy? Forgetting who was in charge of the Presidency, House and Senate from 2001-2007 bucko? In conservatives' minds, the economy was an unstoppable juggernaut the very day before Obama took the presidency then sinking like a stone the second after. The banks failed and the housing bubble popped at the end of the Bush era. You're just being a tad ridiculous pinning this on liberals.
For the same reason conservatives don't go to Iran and Saudi Arabia and libertarians don't go to Somalia. We all want to make our own country better - we just see different ways of going about it.
For the record, I do plan on pursuing my PhD in the UK in order to try to remain there. The US healthcare system would rather see me die than get the care I need.
For the record Somalia is not a libertarian country. Libertarians support a very limited government which reliably and fairly protects individual property rights. Somalia doesn't have any functioning government at all.
