With the world economy going haywire, the Iran situation, the Israeli middle east situation, the social disturbances all across america including last summers gang activities in the cities and now the occupy wall street movement(if it is a movement). And so much more like the breakup of Pakistan and the question of their nuclear weapons. I get the feeling that were headed into something big in the not too far future. What do you think and/or feel about it?
i agree. i think tolerance has been pushed into a corner and can no longer evade a confrontation. its either fold or fight. the soldiers are needed here not there.
No. But I will be honest and say I've had a hard time thinking about the future for a couple years now...I can't conjure anything for some reason. I assume it's my own personal problems causing that though.

Yes, it's been a vibe for a couple of years. Headline today says another downgrade is possible. This OWS stuff is being whipped up by folks that don't want anything but social chaos, and it "feels" as though they're soon going to get their wish.
We are told that we can read the clouds and know if a storm is coming and it sure seems like a geniune, unexaggerated social storm is not that far away. People seem to be more stressed and miserable. Not as many smiles when out at the malls, parks or anywhere. I have friends and associates saying they notice the same thing-or absence of what used to be typical. Smiles bringing the same back, generally speaking.
I think maybe that some scientist will actually come up with empirical evidence that shows that global warming is a farce----that would be big to a lot of you who cant possibly believe global warming has anything to do with massive icebergs on both poles breaking up, the tempertures rising in most places by a half degree to a degree every year-----or massive storms that we havent seen much before now becomming commonplace.
.You will be glad to know and it will a big event when its proven to be a lib plot.
