Claims of racism SOMETIMES have SOME chance of succeeding - see "disparate impact".

Claims of classism always have ZERO chance of succeeding (because there is no constitutional protection of class).

Therefore, a claim of racism is often considered a no-brainer.

People who cry 'racism' aren't necessarily stupid, but they think other people are stupid enough to believe them.

Why? Because you honestly do not believe that "racism" actually exists. That's intelligent.

Of course it exists. Not nearly as much as some people claim, which was the point of the post you quoted...

Default What a backwards poll

I think calling all claims of racism, false, is the practice of the most ignorant.

Ignoring all claims of racism is the practice of the most ignorant.

Ignoring any claim of racism is the practice of the most ignorant.

Racists who practice discrmination are the most ignorant.

Nobody said anything about ignoring all claims of racism in this thread, stick to trolling Obama threads since that's what you do best.

Here are your categories on CD:

1. People who are racist and they know it, but will not admit to it
2. People who say racist things and do not realize it, but yet won't admit it
3. People that blame everything on racism (overly sensitive)
4. People that actually experienced racism and know the difference
5. People that can care less one way or another and rather not talk about it
6. People that have never experienced it, and refuses to believe that it even exist

Now all of this being said, which one are you?

Do you think that uneducated people use claims of racism as a crutch when they're left with no other way out of a conversation? I don't see many well educated people throwing around claims of racism constantly, only people with relatively low intelligence and/or education.

Yes.

"Racist" has become the new retort by every liberal to describe someone who does not agree with far left political views.
