I was just wondering what people think about transgenders being able to use the public bathroom of their choice. So if a woman decides to be a boy, should she get to use the boy's bathroom, or the other way around?

NO. You use the restroom that matches your genitalia, not what you think you are or want to be.

Yes.

Transgenders feel they are the sex they have re-assigned themselves to, so the only person that would find it "uncomfortable" in the bathroom with the TG, would possibly be with the bathroom participants in that particular bathroom.

You must be really sad inside to say such a thing. I feel sorry for you.

If you have a dick, use the men's room. I don't see it as being any more complicated than that.
