What's your point? I watched the one that's Iran 2011, but the music is so awful I won't link it. My point is that Iran is still a vibrant beautiful country, full of stunning women and innocent children. I hope we don't keep pushing them into war. Sanctions do not force compliance, they just hurt the population, and invoke resentment, if not hatred of the west.
well the site is not to invoke war with Iran, its to compare what an society was like prior to an religious revolution. Well the Iranians I have managed to get into touch with Iran have an strong dislike of their government. Some have mentioned that life for them would have been better before the revolution. In addition large numbers of Iranians are striving to leave Iran and an Iranian friend not so long ago was refused an visa to move to Canada and he said it was the worst day in his life. In addition Iran has an huge percentage of young people that were not even born yet when the revolution happened.
Actually most Iranians are against their government. Of course most Iranians are also against any Western military interference of Iran. They want to see an change of government and thats what the rest of the free world should support them without the military interference.

I think it might be good to remember that before the Iranian revolution the leader was a dictator supported by a foreign power who was overthrown by a populist (not Islamic) movement. This hardly paints a rosy picture of pre revolution Iran

Well yes however after the 1950s revolution the biggest opposition was the Islamists. Of course the CIA became involved in the overthrow of the government in the 1950s and that turned many Iranians to further mistrust the USA. Prior to the 1950s the biggest opposition was secular nationalists.
If the CIA did not become so involved in the coup in Iran in the 1950s the Religious establishment within Iran would not become such an powerful force. Of course in the 1979 revolution secular nationalists unestimated the power of the religious establishment as they did not expect Iran to change radically from an secular nation into an Islamic state. Iran as an result became the first modern Islamist republic in the world.
Even though the Shah was an Dynastic type of government, the same happened in countries in Europe to in its past, however as the heir of the Iranian throne has reported to have said recently:
A question for those of you more familiar with Iran: if the Shah had stayed in Iran instead of leaving (I understand that he had terminal cancer) would the Immortals have stayed by him and possibly put down the revolt?
