No. It can be nice. JFK looked it, as did Reagan. Carter did not. He was a goofball every bit as much as Bush.

It is important for a president to act the part, not look the part. Obama blows it with his nose, time and time again, and yeah, yet again! caught artificially high in the air. When he bows to the leaders of other nations he totally blows it, as if he is apologizing for America yet again.
When he puts that middle finger up on the side of his face during campaign season he totally shows how dishonorable he is, and an insult to the office.
