Good to know we can include some actual Indians too. The people now controlling the land and charging access for it don't eat buffalo so shooting them from the train won't help. We may be able to drive them out by closing restaurants in Manhattan.

You know the US Constitution was ratified long after the arrival of the Pilgrims, right? The law of the land as it pertained to the Pilgrims was the Mayflower Compact.
