There aren't any programs you can do to allow people to better themselves.
The fact that you think the programs the democrats have done ever since the Grotesque Society did anything to better the AA population is laughable. Seventy percent rate of illegitimacy? And you want us to believe your planners planned that community so well that you just need a little more planning.
Sure, about like you need a hole in the head. AA community does still have about 30% left before it goes into total meltdown. Why not give the democrats 50 more years and see what they do to the AA community...
There's a reason why they didn't just give fish out in the communities back in the day. In fact, in Africa, they still don't just give fish out to whoever wants one. They still have to go out and earn their living and this is in some of the most communal type communities in Africa.
So if you're looking for some sort of program that has been implemented to help AA community you won't find one. The very thought that you need to make them a special class or some sort of recipient of welfare simply because they're black I find quiet offensive and if you told them "hey, your melanin is in the wrong concentration, you're defective. Here let me give you things so that you feel better about yourself." I'd hope they slapped you in the face and spat upon your self-righteous body.

And that pretty much sums up the contradiction of the modern GOP's attitude toward black people. "Why are you still talking about slavery, that was 150 years ago, stop being lazy. Vote for us, we freed the slaves!"
Keep trying that. Maybe you can get some pizza store owner to blather about how black people are brainwashed and on a plantation. Or maybe a disgraced military officer who's still rocking a high top fade in the year 2012.

To hell with the Republican party. You guys haven't ever done a damn thing for black folks. You're not the party of Lincoln anymore....haven't been in 60-70 years if not longer.
