why run from the LEO? seriously? how many officers are killed by perps attempting to flee? it doesn't really matter since they're not people or

I feel horrible for this woman's father, and for this young lady, but, for her own actions, we would not be having this discussion. I have to place the blame on the woman, not the officer who was trying to perform his job.
She had cocaine and oxy in her blood at the time of arrest, was the suspect in a 2 hit and runs where she probably had that same cocaine and oxy in her system, was handcuffed and decided to try and run from the trooper. All actions on her part that brought this on.
The cop should have been drug tested too.
Running from a threat is a perfectly normal reaction and this lazy dirtbag cop proved to be more than threat.

Nobody said she SHOULD have run. I doubt many women in handcuffs have killed cops.....

But for the cop's over the top aggressive actions, she would be alive and well.

We live in a country where one is innocent until proven guilty.
A while after she hit the concrete she sat up and he told her to lay down. I wonder if that made it worse.
