"...pulled out his gat..." Huffington Post. LOL.

Anyway... This was very poor judgement (pun intended) on his part. Here in Nevada, and apparently in Georgia, judges are exempt from the prohibition on carrying a concealed firearm into courthouses. They get a remarkable exemption in the law, and this is how this guy handles that? What a moron.

I hope he's removed from the bench. I get that it was a joke, but you just don't do that. He's making all of us look bad.

Guns don't kill people. Judges in session with concealed guns and a poor sense of humor or common sense kill people.

Sure they do. They just don't know what they are doing and are usually newbs. The difference being is that they tell everyone and act like they are experts, but sure as hell aren't. The kid who just got his license to carry that is walking around Wal-Mart open carrying a "toreass" Taurus 9mm in a cheapa** nylon $10 holster wearing flip flops and shorts counts. I'm tailing him with a Sig Sauer that no one can see!

Really? Please post a link where that has actually happened in a courtroom with a judge.

There is a reference to brandishing here, nothing more. Much ado about nothing.

I need you to read this over and over and over again. Once you are done make sure everyone who runs in your circle reads it. Then after that teach your children and their children. Thanks.
