Aderol and ritalin are mind altering drugs. Just because they're legal that doesn't mean they're not. In fact there are kids that are using them for the simple purpose of getting high. You'll get no argument from me about cocaine. I personally have no use for that crap! Never tried it, never had the urge to, nor will I ever. That goes for any other hard drugs out there, legal or illegal. However; in the case of marijuana, there is no solid proof that marijuana is addictive, nor is there any risk of overdose or death from consuming too much marijuana at one time. Name any drug legal or illegal that doesn't have the potential kill you if you consume too much at one time.

Then why aren't traffic deaths sky rocketing in states where medical marijuana is legal? Instead, they have been DROPPING.
That's because people who smoke pot don't want to drive; they don't want their high ruined by a traffic jam.
But can you imagine how much more peaceful traffic jams would be if everyone lit up during them?

Please present your proof for this. Most accidents where marijuana was involved also involved alcohol or/and other drugs. A person can test positive for Marijuna weeks after last use. Anyone who smokes 'too much' is going to fall asleep before they walk out in front of a bus.
And it does not take being stoned to turn down a one way street.
I know, I have done it sober.
Smoking marijuana and driving does not make you a bad driver. As was said earlier, people drive slower and are more easy going with the jerks on the road who are sober and more likely to 'miss' something because they are in a hury and cause an accident.
