why are minorities always blamed for anything someone does but not straight white males?

and that if i want to be seen differently it's MY responsibility to make sure gay people to such and such..

like i have the time to travel around the country and talk to each gay person and make sure that they behave in a way that i wan them too and that it's my responsibility to do so.

it's like people believe that all gay people have the same lifestyles and live life the same way.

if an individual straight white guy does something you hardly ever here people placing blame upon them as a group, they're all seen as individuals, unlike us.

Yup, that is what happens all the time hence the reason there are so many straight white guys in prison along side all those minorities who were blamed instead.

It's simply the case that white males work harder and achieve what they do with the deck stacked against them.

Hardly the case, you assume this to be general. We stack the deck against non-whites. Unsure what dreamland you reside. Just as stated before I believe the Top-Tier would look totally different if we gave everyone (all races) a clear and clean shot from the very beginning.
