While those numbers are not good, its not that number that scares me. It's the amount of Americans that are barely scraping by on their paychecks. The amount of Americans near the poverty line is immense. That means that if current trends continue, over 1/3 of Americans will be priced out and be forced to use government aid which will not help us climb out of the hole any faster.

I don't think anyone has blamed anybody. I was just stating a fact, that if trends continue like this america will be a third world country very soon.

Another ludicrous biased "study"

It only included families with cash incomes...

If you take into account food stamps, welfare and all the other federal/state handouts families in "extreme poverty" receive they live like kings compared to other countries...
