Read that some people have an addiction to their personal electronic device (smart phones, tablet PCs, etc). If given a choice, which would you give up,...your tobacco or your electronic device?

If I'm over 41 and a smoker, does checking that box mean I would give it up or I would not? Under what circumstances? For what reason?

You check the box for what you're willing to give up if you had to choose.

Ok. I did and it was an easy choice for an old man who can just barely use his smart phone to make a call and has to have kids come over to program his Blue Ray player.
