A little bit of hyperbole? I was at few small start-ups (in the extreme), and it that was 84 hours a week. That is very rare.

13 hours a day, 7 days a week is a little bit, ummm extreme (or, 18 hours a day for 5 days a week). Work smarter, not harder.

If you have reasonable talent/skills/good career choice, it is WAY less expensive (in terms of personal time) to invest in a housekeeper (mine aren't nude, and why care if you have a bombshell).

Not to digress too much, but quality of life comes into play. If someone works 50 hours a week, Monday through Friday, and has all weekend off, but has a 2-acre lawn, even with a good sized tractor it will take them numerous hours (took me 4, with all the trimming), so that wastes half of the two-day weekend. Then getting groceries, fixing stuff around the house, dealing with paperwork, you end up with one day off. Do you want to spend half of the 2nd day off cleaning the house? If so they leaves you with half a day off, every week. No thanks.

(As one of the other posters stated, nude housekeeping has been around for as long as I can remember).

Take a look at the girls that are featured on the company's website- Lubbock Fantasy Maid Service- and you'll quickly find out that they're not anything that you'd want walking around your house nude. Looks like a bunch of tattooed trailer trash......

Hmmm, I wonder where I got that conservative thing from?

I always thought conservatives were for people who want to be in business and for government to be out of the way of your privacy!!!!

You got all of that out of this article?

A maid service in Texas is offering something a little more than just a clean house: nude maids.
Fantasy Maid Service of Lubbock bills itself as offering "nude or topless maid service." It charges $100 a hour for one maid and $150 an hour for two. ("We also do parties!" It recommends hiring at least two maids for that.)
It also prominently crows about offering discounts for the police. ("Ask about our law enforcement discount!")
Which is probably a good thing because, as the Associated Press reported, police in Lubbock are keeping close tabs on the business. Police Sgt. Jonathan Stewart told the AP that Fantasy Maid Service does not have a permit to operate a sexually oriented business in the staunchly conservative city and could get a $2,000 fine for any violations.
Fantasy Maid Service takes great pains on its website to make it clear that it "is not a sexually oriented business."
"DO NOT ATTEMPT TO SOLICIT A MAID FOR SEXUAL SERVICES," the website states, in ALL CAPS, so that you can't miss it.
Further down it also exhorts customers to remain clothed, unless you are a nudist.
I would like for you to underline anything that says consertive.....

I'm still waiting to see, by the article above, where anything was being done to close this business?

Just another stretch of the left....

It's the beginning of a revolution! Today, nude housework. Tomorrow...the Nude Women's Baseball League. (Let's be honest: who would you rather watch? A nude woman running to catch a long fly ball...or some tobacco-dripping guy?)

Unfortuately they took out the conservative part of the report when they compressed it. The article was much longer yesterday. Those who read it when I first posted can confirm that the word conservative was in therein describing Lubbock.

Yeah, great job of demonstrating that conservatives live in Lubbock. Now how about addressing the actual point and providing the evidence of where they are trying to regulate what goes on in private homes.

Bottom Line - Texas maid service offers something extra: nudity

Now Texas will get unfairly tagged as a state unfriendly to entrepreneurs.

I'll add that there are far better uses for one's money as well, that the maids are not all that attractive to begin with (c'mon, we gotta add that! lol), and that I question just how safe the business really is or can continue to be.
.
It's not demeaning if they choose to do it. And "far better ways to make use of your time" is quite subjective. Maybe for you, but not for others. Keep your value judgements to yourself.

I know, right? I never understood why people are so ashamed of the human body. Weren't we all born without clothes?

Sorry to shatter your stereotype, but there are millions of liberals in Texas.

In fact, by your definition, the owner of this nude cleaning business must be liberal.

If you would do a little research you would find that nude businesses have nothing to do with being liberal or conservative. Both liberals and conservatives go to strip club, hire prostitutes and watch porn. Sex and nudity are not political.
