I wish to show how important it is that we preserve and cherish our marine life and oceans. There are many activities out here that may seriously impact these incredible animals and we need to pay close attention. Here's the video.

Couldn't agree more

I know that the Libertarian and Republican "freedom' screamers will send hate mail to me, but I really wish their were more restrictions on personal boats and other watercraft and even more attention paid to clean up our rivers, lakes, estuaries, bays etc.

Dolphins are such beautiful creatures

I don't understand where anything was wrong in that video or how they were being harmed. Did I miss something?

Dolphins are beautiful creatures and we should take care not to harm them. But, I didn't get the point of the video. All I could see was a pod of dolphins swimming around to music for 9 minutes. What is that you wanted to say?

I don't see anything wrong with your position. I just hope you are not advocating for creating a federal "Department of Dolphins" to save them. This is a state/local issue.

i love dolphins! made tacos this week with fresh dolphin, it was awesome!

Of course where I'm from, coryphaena hippurus is known as "dolphin." For yankees, children, and tourists, tursiops truncatus is the only type of dolphin.

Funny how one species is thought of as sentient, and the other is not.

Not really. The dolphin that you just ate is merely a fish, but the other kind is a mammal.

The mammal dolphin are highly intelligent creatures and smarter than a dog. In fact, our military has trained some of them to seek out underwater mines and to alert their human handlers so that collisions with them can be avoided and they can be gathered and defused.

Could you really eat Flipper? That would be like eating Rin Tin Tin or Lassie.
