We need more police officers like this woman. But, of course, instead Officer Tasca has been suspended since April and could lose her job for trying to help emotionally disturbed, nonviolent man while he is beaten by two other officers.

"Kyle was not charged or arrested for an offence - Officer Tasca says this is because he did not threaten anyone and did not have a weapon. She says he was not violent and did not even attempt to resist during the incident. Officer Tasca says she was eventually successful in yanking the Ridgefield Park policeman off Kyle.'If another officer is using excessive force, it's my duty to make sure you stop it. and that's what I did,' says Officer Tasca about her actions."

Rarely is independent thinking rewarded in positions of government employment.LE is an old boys club and any excuse to get rid of a woman able to make it on the force will do. It is unlikely we have all the facts but on the surface this story and the actions of this NJ PD disgust me.

If true, she stands to make a lot of money.

However, there is usually two sides to a story, and this article didn't seem to attempt to get the other side.

George Zimmerman tried to help blacks organize over the abuse of a black person by police in his past. Went to churches, posted fliers and organized blacks in support of a victim.

Now blacks call him racists and everything else.
Maybe it is the nature of man...

So the dept wants to fire her, for peeling two out of control meatheads off someone, yet they haven't even investigated said meatheads?! What a dirty, corrupt organization. Not omly should she be commended, the two meatheads should lose their jobs, the dept reprimanded and her boss fired. Sadistic little group of subhuman meatheads. It's a shame she didn't tase those two when she had the chance. A shot right to their testicles would have been apt.

RCCB, your statement is ridiculous. What does GZ even have to do with the subject being discussed? I suggest if you don’t have anything important and on topic to add don’t post. You’re obviously trolling…
