Since you brought it up and think it is funny. I don't think it is any secret that black people flip at the drop of a hat, especially young black males, who seem to have major issues with impulse/anger control. I have seen it first hand many times, I usually walk the other way because I carry a gun and do not want any confrontation. I like to choose my fights.

Well, it's accurate, isn't it?

Look: Zimmerman may turn out to have lived up to our lowest expectations and those who leapt to condemn him may turn out to have been right all along -or not. Maybe he was on his way back to his vehicle when he was set upon by Martin and he really had no choice but to defend himself and those who leapt to support him will have been right all along. Time will tell.

That said: I think the prosecution is making a ginormous error in charging him with second degree murder. I think they're making the same mistake they made in the Caylee Anthony murder case, namely overcharging.
