Someone "like me"? Do you have a problem with the fact that I chose to be heterosexual? I thought you liberals were "pro-choice".

Yep. We're the hateful ones. So hateful that we want to do to our opponents what they would have done to us. That's why we support banning the conservatively religious from getting married, serving in the military, adopting children, and even having sex with one another. Oh wait a minute, we don't.

Oh, sorry, I thought you were asking about gay bigots.

You know nothing about my lifestyle. How can you call it deviant?

This thread took an ugly turn back on Page 1 (specifically, Post #4) from which it has never recovered.
I think it went south with the OP, and the inflammatory title

Because it's not just like hers of course! Anything that deviates from what she decided is 'normal' is wrong and should be banned!

Blurgh. I just don't understand how people can actively support taking away someones rights especially when it doesn't affect them and would make many people happy. I see my friend (the one whose father ran over him) and his lovely partner and the beautiful little girl they adopted and can't help but hope that one day they can get married. I just can't imagine what's going through the heads of people who try to ban it, it just doesn't make any sense to me.

Unlike putting it somewhere where a person bleeds and urinates from....

LOL! I turned the thread towards an "ugly" direction? How so? I am not the person who first used the term "bigot". You can credit Sanspeur with that honor.

What is the homosexual "lifestyle"?

In my 60 years I've known countless gay men and women...and we all have different lifestyles.

If by lifestyles you mean sex, why focus on the sexual part?
