No, he was supposed to follow company policy......call the police while watching the guy beat the **** out of her until they arrived.

A good employee is an obedient employee.

Even the Blaze didn't blame the unions, which makes this a troll thread

Radical adherence to the rules is never a good idea. People should be able to judge situations individually. Stopping the beating of a pregnant woman is different than stopping a shoplifter.

Also this conditioning of society where folks are depending on cops to come rescue people needs to end. Sometimes quick action is required. Not a defender of unions but wouldn't they help this guy?

now i'm no fan of unions ...

but it looks like in this case, the unions did nothing wrong -- in fact, they have his back. This might even be construed as an argument for unions.

Not a union issue but this story shows how the country has gone completely insane. Your supposed to just stand around while some guy beats his pregnant girlfriend and wait for the authorities to arrive. Police rarely stop a crime they clean up the mess most of the time. I was taught you never hit a woman no matter what. I'm in the employees shoes I do the same damn thing. They want to suspend me or fire me then **** on them and **** on the cops too if they want to try and press charges on me. There is right and wrong and you have to choose a side.

Hell nowdays most just stand around watching somebody get beaten filming it with their stupid Iphones or whatever then race home to try and be the first to get it up on youtube or whatever so they can bellow to their friends about all the hits they received on the site.

Have to agree, and the cops can't be there all the time, and at a moments notice. Chances are I'm beating the s*** out of the guy as well!
