United states not necessarily the greatest country (Iran, illegal, lawyer)

Sure it's good but it's a tad overated. My opinion
so no flame war here.

1. It's a police state
No other country in the world or universe
jails it's own citizens at the rate we do over
stuff that don't matter.

2. Minorities are often losers here
If they are not a doctor or lawyer. No one
cares regardless of how much education they
have.

3. Other countries are showing we are not great
already those countries have universal health care
and affordable education. Why is it taking so long
to arrive here.

4. Kinda boring
Europe has history and cultural cities. Asia
too. Here your either into the hip hop culture or
educated and do your own thing no in between.

The sad thing is that America has the greatest people in the World. I'm NOT talking about the wealthy "elitists", who think they are great but the normal everyday American who puts up with more B/S and less rights than most other citizens in the Industrialised World.

Other then being a flat out lie, we have more minorities because we WELCOME them here. Many countries have closed borders.

That is defiantly your opinion.The majority of Americans do not want UHC. I don't believe you really know much about how other countries handle UHC. Should we not do what the majority wants?

We have "free" education from pre- school through high school.

If you want more pay for pay for it If other countries offers free college eduction, why do so many from other countries come here? What is wrong with their "free" college?

Being you asking "serious" questions, I'll ask you a couple.

How old are you?

How many American cities have you visited?

How many world wide cities have you visited?

In order for you to have formed such a negative opinion on American cities you must have visited plenty.

I thnik it is if a perosn does want to depend io others providing for them. It affords the most freedom of any country I know of. Wouldn't give that up for any payofff;myself.

I think we are the greatest country in the world, but we might not be #1 in any one category.

As for your specific thoughts;
#1; Being a police state probably is connected to all of our freedoms, and the fact that we have many ethnicities. We also jail rather than dismember our citizens who are convicted of a crime.
#2, Minorities are indeed losers here in The States. That has to do with history and culture, both of which are tied to discrimination, discrimination of those who have, and a kind of reverse discrimination from those have-nots. Hopefully that will change.
#3; Universal health care. We have always been a country where it is every man for himself. In a sense there is the freedom to succeed, and with it comes the freedom to fail. It has made Americans a more competitive bunch, right down to health care.
#4; I don't see how you can call America boring. We have an array of cultures here, visible on practically every street corner with a restaurant serving a foreign entree. I'll bet there aren't many Thai restaurants in Morocco. And most everyone has the wherewithal to travel anywhere they want in the vast country. There's an amusement park on the Lake Erie shore, and a National Park in Arizona. Let's see if any other country can beat that.
