You claim to be constitutionalists, but you have problems with executive orders when the constitution gives the president authority to carry out executive orders.

Which Libertarians are you speaking to, exactly? I'm a Libertarian, and don't know much about this issue - let alone care about it one way or another. I also don't claim to be a "Constitutionalist" (which is actually a whole separate political party), I only believe in following the Constitution to the best of our abilities... don't ALL Americans feel that way, or do the rest of you think it's unimportant?

Paulbots claim to be staunch constitutionalists.

Are you a Ron Paul supporter?

Exactly what "Excecutive Orders" are you referring to here?

There are Executive Orders I'm sure Ron Paul is fine with, and Executive Orders that are unconstitutional.

Here is Ron Paul fully admitting Executive Orders are legal and constitutional.

Taking Executive Orders Too Far

But just like a law, they can be unconstitutional.

When they run afoul of the Constitution. What's your point here? Are you actually ignorant on this subject?

You aren't aware that the SCOTUS has nullified unconstitutional executive orders before?

What are you talking about? An executive order can be unconstitutional no less than any law can be unconstitutional.
