You aren't aware that the SCOTUS has nullified unconstitutional executive orders before?
Most executive orders are not.

Really? Only Obama's EOs are?
I have to ask. Not like I want a load of EOs on my reading list.

So let me get this right. Your beef isn't that a law wasn't implemented by Congress but that law is unconstitutional? I don't get it. So what is it with the dictator talk?

Good for you. Most laws "are not".

My beef? Who said I had a beef?

If you didn't get it by now, I really don't know what to tell you.

I'm fine with them, as long as a legislative body such as Congress has substantial oversight. I don't trust one person being able to issue laws that affect the entirety of the population on their own accord. That one man can be running the country horribly - in 1969-1974 we had a TERRIBLE president.

Are you making the claim that Obama has not defied the Constitution? Because I'm aware he has. Even his own legal advisors and Office of General Council advised his actions were breaking the law. And he did it anyway. Congress didn't do anything about because the majority are as corrupt as he is.

Is this your definition of Constitutional? If the President does it and Congress lets him get away with it?

Case in point: the national debt. Obama supporters cry "Bush started it! Bush started it!" when referring to how quickly the debt's been rocketing up since 2007. Actually, it was a Congress that was aligned with much of Obama's political ideology TWO YEARS before he ever set foot in the presidency.

Well there is plenty he does with no Legislative or Judicial oversight.

He claims he can kill a US citizen on his authority alone.

And if he can do that.......What can't he do?
