So, who's going to pay for your treatment if your unable to come up with the money?
Could you please provide a link to at least one story where an ambulance drove away and left someone to die on the side of the road. Since you say it happens daily, it shouldn't be too hard to find.

I am not referring to any ambulance at all. Why be so extreme? I am talking about the care you will get at a public/county hospital. There are procedures that people with insurance get and the poor on assistance don't. Go look for yourself i won't do your work for you.

You hit it pretty good.

Among the GOP base, there is constant harping about somebody else, some "other," who is deliberately, assiduously and with malice aforethought subverting the Good, the True and the Beautiful: Subversives. Commies. Socialists. Ragheads. Secular humanists. Blacks. ****. Feminazis. The list may change with the political needs of the moment, but they always seem to need a scapegoat to hate and fear.

Well, there are a lot of evils in there

Only in America would breathing or inability to breath, be fought over/be a commodity.....
for exaggerated profit.

Even the Iron Lady herself, Thatcher,
didn't fight against a single payer health care system (NHS)

It sure is chilly - America is cold....

Thanks for posting that - he delved into most of the Fox talking points.
Take the new republican role model, Ayn Rand. Her view of health care was "survival of the fittest" - meaning richest.
She hated Christianity and spent her later years on social security. A sociopath, hypocrite, or psychopath for sure.
Ayn Rand Railed Against Government Benefits, But Grabbed Social Security and Medicare When She Needed Them | Tea Party and the Right | AlterNet

She apparently held some respect for William Hickman, a sociopathic criminal who murdered a young girl then returned her dismembered body to the father. Rand considered him an example of the "superior animal" - the strong survivor-type over the weak and useless.
William Edward Hickman - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Now a republican hero, I guess you could call her a "pragmatic conservative" with the admirable quality of just "getting what you want when you want it", since hypocrisy, lies, dirty tricks, undiscovered crimes are not punishable (this explains the hero-worship of the Watergate burglars, for instance).

I'm sure you can find some poor deceased soul somewhere if you look and READ:

The World Health Organization's ranking of the world's health systems

United States No. 37th...

Really, there is nothing admirable about the US having that kind of stat.
