None of what you mentioned would happen. You would not be left on the road to die and you would be treated for your heart attack in the ER. Have anymore emotional falsehoods to lay claim to?

You're now a person who lacks insurance coverage & when visiting my state (which requires residents have insurance) you suffer a heart attack and end up in one of my state's ER with no means to pay. I am not referring to any ambulance at all. Why be so extreme? I am talking about the care you will get at a public/county hospital. There are procedures that people with insurance get and the poor on assistance don't. Go look for yourself i won't do your work for you.
I think the republican party figured that the average american can be persuaded very easy if you keep telling them the same lies over and over again and thanks to shows like faux and extreme rw talk shows they have managed to confuse the uninform to a degree that myopic groups such as the teaparty has taken over the republican party. Now with the influx of unaccountable and limitless money from corperations the corruption as well as the brainwashing will only get worst.

Now a republican hero, I guess you could call her a "pragmatic conservative" with the admirable quality of just "getting what you want when you want it", since hypocrisy, lies, dirty tricks, undiscovered crimes are not punishable (this explains the hero-worship of the Watergate burglars, for instance).
