Ridiculous. Laws are complicated. Senators don't have time for reading every word of a bill. Rand Paul just wants to stop the government from doing anything.

Now, shouldn't law makers actually READ bills before they vote on them?

I fully understand that the CBC won't, because of illiteracy, but everyone else should!
