Yeah, apparently it was true enough that he issued an 'explanation':

Santorum Claims He Thought Grindr Was a Coffee App

Seems 'ya always gotta wonder about the ones that protest "too much"!

Rick Perry: "1...2...I don't remember the rest" <- pretty much says it all
Newt Gingrich: personal life hurt him, also moon colony? really?
Herman Cain: interesting, but sexual allegations hurt him. Also, being a CEO of a pizza company made him seem less serious.
Ron Paul: Libertarian. Has great ideas, but crazy ones too.

The way I see it, the GOP had to pick someone who seemed moderate while at the same time promoting right-wing views. The best choice for that was Romney, because of his "etch-a-sketch" positions, as the media called it. He was good because when the time was right, he could solidify his positions to fit the majority. The others just had too much crazy about them to be safe choices.

But those issues were not something that was insurmontable.....At that time, no one would have thought the Chief Justice would have legalized the monstrocity that is Obamacare.

Now we are running a guy against Obama who Obama will simply turn to and say "Hey...you're my hero!"

Your credibility is already zero. Are you shooting for in the minus?

Here's your clue:

AMERICA IS NOT A DEMOCRACY.

Got it now?

Santorum as president scared me more than Romney as president does. Santorum was a loose cannon that would have waged war in every country in the middle east. The man was just nuts.

Ayatollah Rick had zero chance to win the general election. Only a tiny fringe minority are interested in putting the titular head of the Christian Taliban into a position of any real power.

Santorum was railroaded by the media just like all the other repub candidates. They gave Romney the kid glove approach because they wanted Romney to be the candidate.

This election will rest on the economy, not the ACA or gay marriage.
