Actually also feel sorry for the neighbors. One of them commented to the CBS Atlanta affiliate story that the family spent all their time sitting on the front porch lighting fires in the front yard or roaming in the middle of the street. I had a feeling there was a lot more to the story. Now the truth is starting to come out.
TCoco (or whatever her name is) isn't the one who got scammed. Taxpayers are getting scammed by her.

Well at least it beats names with apostrophes in them. I had one 6th grader this past school year with three apostrophes in their name. Must reek havoc on those scantron computers !
Who is to blame for the house being so dirty? Man, if it was in good condition when she got there it wouldn't be by now. Crap and filth all over and they were obviously trying to shoot it from a flattering angle.
