Have you ever been to NYC?? 300 square foot apartments are pretty common. I've known people who have rented 700 square foot apartments for $2,500 a month. Most people don't have that kind of cash

Well if the demand is there,enterprising property owners will take advantage. No need for guv to be involved in housing.
