Ralph Lauren, big Obama supporter outsources uniforms to be made in China. Chuck U Schummer says he can get the uniforms made in NY. Meaning- pay for the uniforms twice.
Hello: What a big to-do about nothing? well almost nothing. Michele Obama loves Ralph lAUREN..she wears his designer clothes in and out of the country? .REMEMBER HER VISIT TO eNGLAND? sHE WORE Ralph Lauren...where did her $600 sneakers come from...what about all the money Americas's Royal Couple spent in over 30 countries...Asia...South America and Europe? Michele's daughter wanted to meet a Queen so Michele booked about two dozen of the best hotel rooms in Spain as did her entourage of secret service and personal servants.. and approx five planes filled with vehicles, clothes and medical personnel...how about their multiple vacations three times in a five million dollar vaction home on Martha's Vineyeard? Her staff loved those vacations. What about Obama's mother in law who lives in the White House...does she pay to live there? Are all her clothes made in the USA? What about Obama's silk suits...all made in the USA or just assembled here? As for job creation Obama left millions around the world promising more and then welcomed the illegals who are robbing us blind. Every baby is another two thousand a month in benefits....our town is being destroyed by the illegals who boldly say "we are here to stay" They get food stamps, clothing allowances, cash assistance, medical care and education assistance, interpreters, anything they need....paid by the middle class that Obama claims he is trying to help us...stop trying to help us...get the "free riders off our backs"...they are driving new cars and trucks without livenses, when they kill people, the courts cite their "incompetence" having come from poor villages. Enough Obama...the legal immigrants deserve your attention and the illegals deserve detention. Reflect our values Obama. that is if you remember what they are. he economy is fine for the illegals...those checks under five different names come every month. After all they are "undocumented" meaning no papers..so they are who they want to be on any given day...they work with their un exrayed boies in our food establishments....they push their overladen food baskets around the store dragging their kids and planning more...the checks ewill get bigger...now they are invading public housing...they go to the top of the list....and thrity per cent of our school lunch program is due to providing them with a free lunch,...and on it goes...Obama wants their vote and is trading all our American values for his next election...he likes that fancy living...and clothes from all over the world...maybe michele is just in trqaining for the Olympics so Ralph Lauren has a friend in court.
Lastly, Divider in Chief....we had enough of your hope and change...socialism is not democracy in action it is taking from those who earned their salary and being forced to give it to those who do not work and are not citizens of this country. What about that 40 million dollars Obama left in South America for oil exploration...will we have to commute to So.America to get those jobs???????

Secondly, the uniforms of the US armed forces have a lot of significance from historical events associated with them. In the case of the beret that the Green Beret special forces wear:
The origins of the Green Beret which Special Forces personnel wear can be traced to Scotland during the Second World War. U.S. Army Rangers and Office of Strategic Services (OSS) operatives who underwent training from the British Commandos were awarded the Green Beret upon completion of the grueling and revolutionary commando course. However, this green beret was not authorized by the U.S. Army among the Rangers and OSS operatives who earned them. Edson Raff, one of the first Special Forces officers, is credited with the re-birth of the green beret.
In 1961, President John F. Kennedy authorized them for use exclusively by the U.S. Special Forces. Preparing for an 12 October visit to the Special Warfare Center at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, the President sent word to the Center's commander, Brigadier General William P. Yarborough, for all Special Forces soldiers to wear green berets as part of the event. The President felt that since they had a special mission, Special Forces should have something to set them apart from the rest. In 1962, he called the green beret "a symbol of excellence, a badge of courage, a mark of distinction in the fight for freedom."
Ralph Lauren probably thought the beret looked international, or maybe he just thought it looked cute.
